Richard is currently working in the insurance industry, based in Dorset. Over the past 30 years he has visited nearly 70 countries watching mammals and birds. He has been the chairman, secretary and bulletin editor of the African Bird Club. He now concentrates his efforts on mammals, and in particular cats, and has seen between 25 and 30 species depending on your view of feline taxonomy. He designed our successful Jaguar and Puma tours and led new WildWings mammal and bird tours to Ecuador and Estonia in 2011.
