Independent Bird & Wildlife Cruises
WildWings are one of the few real specialists in this field, we have been operating to Antarctica since 1991, and have personal knowledge of most of these special ships and the places they visit. We have been a member of the International Association of Antarctic Tour Operators (IAATO) for many years and work with all the main operators to the 'white continent' including the air expeditions to the South Pole itself. This allows us to offer you impartial, honest advice and we are also able to offer the best prices too.
Please pick up the phone and call us, we are very happy to spend time talking with you, using our first-hand knowledge to make sure you get the trip of a lifetime you want.
WildWings are agents for many of the vessels that visit the area, and generally recommend the ‘small ships’ (up to 110 passengers or so) for the best Antarctic wildlife experience. As Associate members of IAATO, we continue to work to ensure the continued protection of this unique environment. Over 20 years experience of sending travellers to the white continent allows us to offer unrivalled personal advice, the best choice and the best prices. We are selective about the ships we work with, we do not necessarily offer all the vessels our partner shipping companies operate, we only offer the ones that give the best bird and wildlife experiences………..

Arctic Independent Cruises
Join the still relatively small number of adventurers and travel above the Arctic Circle to a region of wild beauty, teeming wildlife and frozen wastelands. In some of the most sophisticated vessels afloat, follow in the footsteps of the early explorers, many of whom perished in their quests for discovery and knowledge in simple wooden boats.
Many of these voyages will also visit sites of these early expeditions and encounter some of the current human population, many native to these remote lands.
